LOCATION

Crabwood is in an ideal location, being by the corner of Chichele Road and Bluehouse Lane, close to the centre of Oxted, Surrey.   The main part of the town is within a quarter of a mile.

Oxted offers a full range of shops, both local and national outlets. There is good medical provision also.

Transport links are most convenient, the railway station is only a few minutes walk, with trains to Uckfield and East Grinstead, or north to Croydon and London. There is also a good bus service, including one to Redhill. By car the M25 can be accessed at Godstone, approximately three miles to the west.

The area offers a good range of services, some specifically to cater for the elderly. There are various organisations offering such benefits as, help with transport, lunch clubs, WI market etc.
